The Office Assistant/ MVA Tag & Title Agent supports daily operations across multiple service lines, with a strong focus on MVA title and registration processing. Entry‐level candidates are welcome if they demonstrate professionalism, clear goals, and a commitment to learning. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Maryland MVA title, tag, and registration documentation

  • Prepare, review, and organize client paperwork with high accuracy

  • Manage office workflow, scheduling, and client intake, Walk-ins/Face-to-Face

  • Maintain digital and physical records across multiple LLCs

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and partner agencies in a courteous, professional manner

  • Support compliance, housing services, and administrative tasks as needed

  • Uphold confidentiality and organizational standards at all times
