Our mission is to drive efficiency and reliability through cutting-edge research and development. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Engineer specializing in Medium Voltage (MV) technologies.

The successful candidate will work remotely, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of MV systems and components. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and innovative problem-solving skills to lead projects that improve our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of new MV products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

- Conduct research and feasibility studies on emerging MV technologies and materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MV solutions into broader company projects. - Develop and optimize testing procedures for MV components to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Analyze and interpret data to drive innovation and improve existing MV systems. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. - Prepare detailed engineering reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in MV technology and implement best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in R&D engineering, specifically in medium voltage systems.

- Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ETAP). - Strong knowledge of MV components such as transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers. - Experience with product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance in the MV sector

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
