What You'll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest, while serving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Become knowledgeable on all menu items and procedures
  • Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Help create a culture of teamwork, respect, and hospitality behind the scenes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and guest service areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support a calm, positive, and hospitable atmosphere during high-volume periods
