About the Opportunity

JETSET Pilates Liberty Station is seeking a Studio Manager to lead pre-sale, oversee studio operations, and drive membership growth ahead of our Fall 2026 opening.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for building foundational membership during construction, leading community outreach, hiring and developing the team, and owning the studio’s financial performance.

This is not a passive management role. It is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence.


Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sale & Membership Growth
  • Lead and execute pre-sale strategy to build foundational membership prior to opening

  • Capture, nurture, and close incoming leads

  • Develop partnerships with local wellness, retail, and community organizations

  • Organize and execute community outreach events and on-the-mat pop-ups

  • Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets

  • Track and analyze KPIs including sales conversion, retention, and revenue

Leadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard instructors and studio team members

  • Build a positive, high-accountability team culture

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management

  • Ensure staff understands expectations around service, energy, and professionalism

  • Lead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownership

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventory

  • Maintain brand standards and studio presentation at all times

  • Be present during peak class times to provide leadership and support

  • Manage expenses and operate within budget

  • Ensure consistent communication regarding performance metrics

Teaching & Studio Support
  • Complete JETSET instructor training

  • Teach approximately 4–6 classes per month (or as needed)

  • Be capable of stepping in to cover classes when necessary

  • Maintain understanding of programming and instructor performance standards

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management experience (boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business preferred)

  • Proven success in membership sales or revenue-driven roles

  • Experience with pre-sale or new studio openings strongly preferred

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during pre-opening phase

  • CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain)
