Job description

We are looking for a Music and Entertainment Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue by securing corporate sponsorships, advertising space, or private event bookings at music venues, media properties, or hospitality businesses. You will manage the entire deal lifecycle, from prospecting clients to negotiating contracts and coordinating cross-functional execution. You will also be in-control of running a team of sales reps who will work under you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Drive ad sales, sponsorships, or private event bookings across digital, print, and physical platforms.
  • Client Relations: Identify potential sponsors, brands, and corporate clients; build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and custom packages (e.g., brand integrations, ticket sales) with artists, labels, and corporate buyers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure client activations and events run successfully.
  • Performance Reporting: Track sales pipelines, analyze return on investment (ROI), and prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in media sales, live entertainment coordination, or corporate event sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the music industry, venue management, ticketing systems, or entertainment demographics.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong organization skills.
