Position Overview
The Integration Business Partner is pivotal in seamlessly integrating newly acquired companies into the organization's culture, processes, and systems/technology. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives that align with the company's strategic initiatives. Both work streams include planning, coordinating, and executing projects that deliver measurable impact. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, the Integration Business Partner's responsibilities include process documentation, risk assessment, transition strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and providing consistent communication and change management support to achieve successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with exceptional leadership and project management skills, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals and support our growth expectations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Integration Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with functional integration teams to provide insights during the due diligence process, focusing on operational, cultural, and system integration considerations.
  • Lead the integration of acquired company systems, processes, and personnel into the company's Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive task plans for pre- and post-acquisition phases, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and synergy goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for certain integration related activities with internal stakeholders, acquired company teams, and external advisors to achieve integration milestones.
  • Develop initiatives to align the organizational cultures, addressing potential gaps and fostering employee engagement throughout the transition.

Strategic Project Design & Execution:
  • Work closely with IMO leadership to identify, prioritize, and define large-scale projects that directly support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Develop clear project charters, outlining objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and constraints for each initiative.
  • Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure project success.
  • Address challenges, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Deliverable and Skillset Expectations:
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates with leadership, acquired teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, effective communication throughout the integrations and projects, tailoring messaging to varied audiences.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, milestones, and dependencies while adapting to changes as needed.
  • Analyze risks and potential roadblocks during integrations and projects, developing mitigation plans in collaboration with key team members.
  • Identify, document, and assess the potential impacts of organizational changes, including operational processes, systems, and workforce alignment, stemming from integrations and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and updates to leadership.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently to internal and external customers and all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business integration, project management, corporate strategy or equivalent roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools.
  • Experience in using and integrating enterprise tools such as ERPs (Workday) and EHRs (Brightree, HomeCare HomeBase, etc.)
  • PMP or relevant project management certification or experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and / or integrating business operations post-acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading teams and achieving results through others.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with change management and business process optimization.
