Job Description

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer North Fulton School of Music, our location in Alpharetta, GA. This position is 15–20 hours per week, with required availability on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. The staff member will serve as a key point of contact for students, families, and teachers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the school.

We are especially seeking candidates with strong experience in social media management, Google Business Profile administration, and Canva Pro design to support our marketing and communications presence in addition to front desk operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with teachers to help manage student schedules
• Managing and updating social media content (posts, stories, basic engagement)
• Maintaining and optimizing the Google Business Profile (updates, posts, reviews, visibility)
• Creating visually appealing marketing and administrative materials using Canva Pro
• General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. Experience in music or music education is a plus, but not required.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all employees after 90 days on the job. Health insurance options are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.
