From welcoming visitors to helping them explore rides, food, and retail, you'll bring energy, excitement, and top-tier service to every interaction.

Whether you're scanning tickets, recommending must-have experiences, or hyping up the next ride, you'll help turn every visit into something guests will never forget!

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage guests with positive, high-energy vibes Sell tickets, packages & assist with kiosks and admissions Recommend merch and help guests find the perfect souvenirs Take food orders, prep items & deliver great service Support ride operations and guide guests through attractions Answer questions and share insider tips to enhance their visit Upsell experiences and help hit team goals Work across teams to keep everything running smoothly

Qualifications & ExperienceAbout You 6 months - 1 year in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred  Fun, friendly, and confident personality Strong communication and people skills Able to stay positive and energetic in busy environments Team player who can also work independently Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends & holidays) Why You'll Love It
