• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback from patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, self-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress towards recovery goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and seminars to stay current with industry best practices.

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals enduring recovery from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey, helping patients regain mobility and functionality, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills and electronic health records management.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, any background in orthopedic rehabilitation or related fields will be considered a valuable asset.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities or techniques, such as manual therapy, Kinesio taping, or sports injury rehabilitation, is desirable.
