Humann is growing, and we're seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to be the engine behind Humann's creator program. This is a hands-on, relationship first role responsible for the day-to-day management of our influencer and ambassador network. You'll be responsible for finding the right creators, defining campaign deliverables, cultivating community, and measuring success. You'll partner with brand and creative to ensure all creators fit the Humann brand and can speak to the products authentically. You'll report to the Director of Social and Influencer and play a foundational role in building the influencer playbook from the ground up.
Responsibilities Include:
Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms with a focus on health, fitness, wellness, and longevity niches
  • Manage a high volume of outreach and relationship development, balancing quality and scale
  • Build and maintain a creator pipeline across micro, mid-tier, and targeted macro partnerships
Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Humann's creator network
  • Develop authentic, long-term relationships with ambassadors
  • Manage gifting, seeding, and product fulfillment logistics
  • Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand standards
Campaign Execution
  • Brief creators clearly and collaboratively, balancing brand guidelines with creative freedom
  • Manage content approval workflows and timelines to keep campaigns on track
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager & Paid Media Manager to repurpose creator content across owned and paid
  • Support campaign moments (product launches, key retailers, and partnership activations) with creator integration
Program Operations
  • Own the influencer CRM keeping creator records, content rights, performance data, and communication history organized and up to date
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the agency partner serving as the primary point of contact for briefing, campaign coordination, and performance accountability with oversight from the Director
  • Track deliverables and hold creators accountable to agreed timelines
  • Manage program budgets including agency and platform fees, creator payments, and gifting
Analytics & Performance
  • Track and report on influencer KPIs: impressions, engagement, CPM, and revenue drivers (when relevant)
  • Benchmark Humann's creator performance against relevant competitors and category leaders
  • Report on program performance regularly and use data to continuously iterate and improve
  • Stay ahead of creator community trends, algorithm changes, and social landscape shifts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships with category experience in health, wellness, or CPG preferred
  • Experience managing a network of creators at volume. You know how to scale and manage multiple relationships at once without losing the brand personalization
  • Strong written communicator with the ability to pitch creators, drive passion for our products, and write briefs that result in great content
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms (Grin, Aspire, CreatorCore, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and content rights basics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • A disrupter mentality thriving in whitespace
