The Opportunity:
Develop and extend the comprehensive architectural runway for an ERP system centered around Oracle PeopleSoft HCM that meets the current and future needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas of the program team to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the ERP system aligns with business goals and processes.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of ERP modules and third-party tools, ensuring seamless functionality and system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture designs, data models, and workflows.
  • Ensure the system's security, compliance, and scalability, implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team. Coordinate with the IT support team to ensure the ERP system is supported, maintained, and updated as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in systems, recommending improvements and innovations to best meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or information systems, or relevant technical field
  • Minimum 7 or more years direct experience of deploying and sustaining ERP systems.
  • This position requires an individual with Senior ERP Engineer/Architect skills, application knowledge, and business experience to lead the delivery of quality applications in the expanding Peoplesoft (e.g., HCM, ELM, CRM), Analytics, and Integration environments, with the ability and desire to lead technical solutions, and collaborate closely with the senior consultants/team members to enhance the capabilities of the HCM solution and enabling technologies.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with executive level clients
  • Demonstrated ERP functional/technical implementation expertise in a large, complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of database design, data management, and data integration techniques and technologies
  • Experience evaluating and implementing technologies that integrate ERP solutions with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise providing technical guidance and leadership to implement information technology solutions that efficiently meet user requirements, are maintainable, and consider future product and market direction.
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired:
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Golden Gate
  • Experience with Kafka streaming.
  • Experience with AB Initio
  • Master's degree in computer science, or information systems, or relevant technical field
  • Experience in DoD environments, specifically Army

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
