Are you an experienced Municipal Engineer looking for a challenge?

If so, we want to meet you! The Crossroads Group, LLC is growing and has a current opening for Municipal Engineer at our Hamburg Location (must live near Hamburg, PA). TCG's Municipal Engineering department specializes in helping municipalities with site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits, as well as reviewing land development and subdivision applications, to ensure conformance with ordinances, and informing planning commissions, supervisors, and councilors on the various aspects of an application.

Qualifications:

  • A Great Attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • EIT or PE is preferred, but not required
  • Applicant should have strong management skills.
  • Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)

Civil Project Manager Job Description:

  • Experienced (5-15 years)
  • Client Management experience
  • Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
    • PADEP NPDES permitting
    • Municipal and County Land Development permitting
    • PennDOT design and requirement standards
    • Municipal/State Stormwater Design standards
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
    • Maintain good time management skills
