Join our growing team
Successful candidates will have the following experience: Hands on USQ-82(v) system experience aboard a DDG 51 class USN ship. Work related experience in in the operation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems and/or shipboard HM&E systems or networks. Should have experience checking and analyzing drawings or equipment to determine adequacy of drawings and design, determining test requirements, equipment modification, and test procedures and assisting with planning tests to evaluate equipment performance. Performs non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project. AN/USQ-82(V) consists of Data Multiplex System (DMS), Fiber Optic Data Multiplex System (FODMS), and Gigabit Ethernet Data Multiplex System (GEDMS). Education: High School/Vocational School Diploma or GED Certificate along with a Technical School Diploma.
