A growing regional company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and guide a high-performing sales function across the local service area. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building sales strategy, developing team accountability, expanding client relationships, and ensuring consistent execution from prospecting through signed engagement.

The right candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, coaching sales professionals, partnering closely with operations, and using data to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales strategy for the assigned region and support continued business growth
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales team members to meet individual and team goals
  • Oversee pipeline activity, sales forecasting, CRM accuracy, and performance reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and referral partners
