Job description


You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships, leading teams and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as an Industry Executive in Multinational Corporation Banking is for you.
As a Multinational Corporation Banking (MNC) Industry Executive you will lead a team of Bankers in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Multinational Corporation Banking clients. A typical team includes direct management of 7 to 10 Bankers. In addition, the Industry Executive partners closely with credit underwriting, treasury sales, client service, an administrative assistant, and other functional areas inside and outside of the Commercial & Specialized Industries to deliver products and solutions to clients.
In this role you will be expected to maintain a portfolio of your own while leading the banking team, however, the portfolio size is typically smaller in recognition of management responsibilities. As part of the regional coverage, travel to clients may include approximately 25% of schedule.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
  • Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
  • Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred
  • Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
  • Self-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
