  • Support end-to-end video production (concepting, scripting, filming, editing, post-production) for campaigns, events, and thought leadership
  • Develop content supporting campaigns, executive visibility, and event promotion, including short-form video, interviews, and recap content
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives through design and multimedia storytelling
  • Build and maintain branded templates and design systems to scale campaign and social content production
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance design and multimedia production efficiency
  • Create multi-channel content pipelines, repurposing long-form content into social graphics, short videos, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and SMEs to align visuals with strategic messaging
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility (Section 508), brand, and quality standards

  • Experience with video and/or photography production and editing
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools (generative design, video, or content tools)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with campaign branding and visual systems development
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, automation, or prompt-based creative tools
  • Experience with photo and video production equipment (camera, lighting, audio)
  • Experience supporting federal, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)
  • Motion design or animation experience

Key Competencies:
  • Strong graphic design sensibility with an eye for brand, layout, and visual hierarchy
