Job Description:
The Marketing department enables sales by answering, "Why Dimensional?" They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional's message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional's unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.
The Project Manager, Marketing Operations is a highly organized, creative, and technical leader responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of video and digital media projects. They will act as the bridge between creative teams (producers, editors, designers, animators, etc.) and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring all multimedia is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest production standards. They will help with the development of video content for social media, YouTube, and digital platforms as well as educational and thought leadership videos and webcast recordings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules for video and multimedia projects. Allocate resources effectively while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Act as the central hub for global stakeholders, ensuring regional requirements are met while maintaining unified global project timelines.
  • Organize and lead kickoff meetings to align creative, technical, and executive teams on the creative brief, production elements, and delivery milestones.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates.
  • Review all deliverables for brand consistency, technical and content accuracy, and compliance to regulations. Partner closely with Legal & Compliance departments to ensure all video content adheres to industry regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Determine if videos are final and ready to publish by monitoring all steps in the production cycle of a project.
  • Maintain regular communication with Marketing teams and internal clients for early detection of issues. Use metrics wisely to help identify project areas that might need attention.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, film production or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative environment; knowledge of media asset management systems a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising, with a focus on internal communications and/or brand management.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Must be highly organized and results oriented.
  • Excellent relationship, persuasion/influence, presentation and communication (verbal/written) skills and a professional client service mind-set.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work with details and ensure accuracy, while maintaining a big picture focus.
