Project Manager responsible for overseeing and directing multiple web projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet or exceed marketing and business requirements while being delivered on-time and on-budget. This role focuses on web development projects, marketing communications, and multilingual initiatives across US, Europe, and Asia markets. Must have experience managing translation processes for international markets

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
– Develop detailed project plans and timelines for web projects and marketing communications across global markets
– Manage project development and execution with varying scope and cross-functional team requirements
– Execute projects within agreed timeframes with cohesive communications throughout the lifecycle
– Coordinate cross-functional teams and align resources to meet milestones and deliverables

Web-Specific Responsibilities
– Follow complete project scope from proposal stage through determining functionality and technical requirements to development, execution, and delivery
– Implement testing processes and coordinate with web teams to solve functional problems
– Coordinate team members through training, task assignments, and quality control
– Manage testing plans and perform quality assurance throughout all project phases
– Facilitate daily web team scrums and manage project prioritization
– Review outputs and provide comprehensive feedback to team members
– Document and ensure compliance with team processes and best practices

Process & Resource Management
– Identify process improvements for marketing communications and web projects

Technical Requirements
– 5+ years web development project management experience
