Essential Functions
The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.
Video Production & Multimedia
  • Assist with all phases of video production, including concept development, filming, captioning, motion graphics, post-production, and final asset preparation.
  • Edit short- and long-form video content for social media, the website, digital banking, internal communications, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Research emerging social media trends, video formats, and content ideas while recommending creative concepts that enhance engagement and support marketing objectives.
  • Assist in developing storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts that support campaign goals and brand storytelling.
  • Organize and maintain the Bank's digital media library, including photography, video assets, graphics, and project files.

Website & Digital Experience
  • Maintain website content by creating and updating pages, editing copy, replacing images, and publishing digital assets using the Bank's content management system.
  • Support website enhancements by developing landing pages, updating forms, optimizing multimedia content, and performing quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure website content is accurate, functional, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Research emerging web design, user experience, and digital content trends while recommending ideas that enhance the Bank's online presence.

Creative Design Support
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials through digital, print, email, social media, and internal communication channels.
  • Design graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and other creative assets that align with the Bank's brand standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of design templates and creative assets to improve efficiency and brand consistency

Compliance
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
  • Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
  • Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Bank's internal privacy and ethics standards.

Relationships and Contacts
Internal: Daily communication with Marketing Team Members; Frequent communication with Team Members in various branches/departments.
External: Regular communication with community partners.
Education and Experience
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Film, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous coursework, internship, freelance work, or a portfolio demonstrating experience in video production, video editing, digital media, web design, graphic design, or related creative disciplines preferred.
  • Experience creating digital content for social media, websites, or multimedia projects, including photography, videography, motion graphics, or video editing, is a plus.

Skills and Competencies
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and web design tools, including WordPress, Elementor, and Gravity Forms preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of video editing, photography, multimedia production, motion graphics, and digital storytelling principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new creative technologies, digital marketing tools, and production techniques.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while accepting feedback and incorporating revisions.

Working Conditions
Traditional office environment with ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis; the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday - Friday) with operational hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be available to attend events on evenings and weekends as necessary. Remote work is available, but will follow the current remote work policy restrictions.
