Indian Township Solutions (ITS) is an owned entity of the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Indian Township. Supported by Belmont Point Management LLC's Executive Leadership Team, ITS extends a world-class reputation as a premier audiovisual systems integration and installation organization. ITS supports the Intelligence Community, Rapid Prototyping Facilities, Premier Commercial Customers, and related end users around the world. 


We are excited to be hiring for a Junior AV Technician! Job duties for this position may include:

  • Assisting with the permanent installation and Mounting of equipment, such as. projectors, projection screens, monitors, speakers, and microphones, to ceilings and walls in secure spaces 
  • Configuring AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp 
  • Fabricating, terminating, and installing AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR 
  • Configuring video conferencing solutions Polycom and CISCO 
  • Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of various AV systems 
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosing existing AV systems 
  • Provide live event production technical support; must be able to operate, troubleshoot, configure, and program equipment to facilitate multimedia events
  • Experience with the operation of laptop/desktop computers, computer/video projection equipment, video switchers, video      routers, computer display interfacing equipment, wireless microphones, wired microphones, audio amplifiers, audio loudspeakers, audio monitors, audio mixing consoles, video cameras, video camera controllers, portable PA systems, portable projection screens, analog and digital recorders/players, digital video streaming equipment, character generators, lighting instruments, lighting mixing consoles, stage rigging, counterweight batons, electrics, curtain systems, intercoms, and Crestron touch screens
  • Must be able to orchestrate event participants' desired microphone, camera, lighting, and projection effects in precise sequences as directed by cues in written manuscripts, oral and visual cues from actions within the productions, and under the direction of an event producer
  • Working with cabling and equipment under tables, in equipment racks, on scaffolding, and ladders 
  • Performing other related duties as assigned 
Requirements
  • Secret security clearance
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools
  • Ability to work on ladders and at heights safely

Pay Range 

$25 per hour


The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, ITS considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
