The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on designer and animator who can elevate our visual identity while delivery high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. To succeed as a Graphic Designer, you'll need these qualifications:        

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional graphic design, visual communications, or creative marketing experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, nonprofit, agency, or corporate environment. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated experience creating digital, print, multimedia, animation, and HTML-based interactive content. 
  • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, visual storytelling, user experience, and accessibility, best practices across multiple communication channels and media formats. 
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance data, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and sound judgment, with a commitment to continuous learning, maintaining confidentiality, upholding organizational values, and contributing positively within a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities as a Graphic Designer will include:        

  • Lead the development and execution of a cohesive visual design strategy across the organization and its sub-brands, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all channels. 
  • Create and produce high-quality digital, print, environmental, and multimedia assets-including graphics, animations, and interactive content-that effectively communicate organizational messages and engage target audiences. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs, develop creative solutions, and design templates and tools that support efficient self-service content creation. 
  • Manage creative projects from concept through completion by coordinating timelines, overseeing external vendors and production partners, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and deadline expectations. 
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of design and marketing initiatives using performance data and stakeholder feedback to optimize future campaigns and continuously improve creative impact.
