Your expertise in analyzing training needs, building effective learning experiences, and aligning solutions to mission objectives will enable clients to meet their goals with clarity and confidence.
What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, product designers, and other stakeholders to capture training requirements and recommend the right learning solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of synchronous learning, asynchronous learning, and performance support tools, always centering the learner experience.
  • Guide teams of multimedia specialists, graphic artists, and instructors in producing high-quality training content aligned to the ADDIE model.
  • Recommend and apply cutting-edge strategies-including blended learning, screen casting, gamification, and other modern multimedia techniques-to elevate learner engagement.
  • Facilitate iterative reviews with SMEs and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to continuously improve learning materials.
  • Evaluate training solutions by leveraging methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, collecting and analyzing results to ensure effectiveness.

You Have:
  • Experience designing and developing training for mission-focused environments, such as national security, cybersecurity, or law enforcement
  • Experience with the ADDIE model and modern instructional design practices
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams of instructional developers, multimedia staff, or learning specialists
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the learning lifecycle
  • Ability to creatively apply emerging instructional technologies and multimedia solutions to real-world training challenges

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
