ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

This role sits at the center of the Marketing & Communications team, supporting the development and execution of creative assets for use across print and digital multimedia content. The person in this role will help bring the company's brand to life for a variety of audiences, partnering closely with product, service, and sales teams to ensure messaging is consistent, fresh, and engaging.

It's a hands-on, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously. The position supports day-to-day creative needs while also helping direct and connect efforts across the team. This individual will play a key role in shaping how content and creative comes together, ensuring work is cohesive and carries effectively across platforms.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing plans supporting commercial insurance products and services
  • Oversee creation of assets across print and digital channels, including trade publications, email, social media, and web
  • Direct video and multimedia production from concept through delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and animation
  • Serve as editor for the quarterly agent/broker newsletter, guiding content and ensuring clear communication
  • Work with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging, positioning, and creative output
  • Support internal communications, including audio and video content for company meetings and events
  • Manage and support a creative team through clear direction, feedback, and coaching
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in creative design and marketing, including brand development, multimedia content, and video production in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); web design/HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
  • Portfolio demonstrating design and video work
  • Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and supporting team members
  • Experience working with both internal and external audiences
  • Experience using data to support marketing decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with the commercial insurance market preferred, but not required
