Your contribution
  • Implementation of commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, property management, and marketing
  • Independent creation and adherence to project schedules, as well as efficient resource planning
  • Responsibility for rental and usage contracts related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities
  • Ensuring legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines while considering quality and cost-effectiveness requirements
  • Monitoring and acceptance of acquisition services until handover to the relevant departments
  • Ensuring compliance with the project- and technology-specific rollout budget, considering economic, technical, and legal framework conditions
What makes you stand out
  • Completed studies in a technical or legal field
  • More than five years of experience in mobile site acquisition
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and project management
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as communication skills
