Reports To: Property Manager

Full-Time Weekly Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you are the first impression of the community. You’ll drive leasing success, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily operations, all while helping us achieve occupancy and revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Sales
  • Conduct engaging property tours and showcase floor plans
  • Follow up with prospects and close leases
  • Process applications and complete verifications
  • Support lease renewals and maintain occupancy goals
  • Resident Experience
  • Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Assist residents and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support move-ins and communicate community policies
  • Build strong resident relationships
  • Resolve concerns professionally and promptly
  • Help plan resident events and build community engagement
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Assist with social media, flyers, and campaigns
  • Maintain curb appeal, show units, and tour paths
  • Conduct market surveys and track competition
  • Operations & Administration
  • Prepare and maintain accurate lease files
  • Manage work orders and follow-ups
  • Ensure data accuracy in systems (Yardi preferred)
  • Support reporting and office organization
