Restaurant Director of Operations - Full Time
FTK Richmond | Norfolk, VA

Join our dynamic and vibrant team at FTK Richmond, a large-format dining, bar, and live entertainment destination in Norfolk, VA. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee operations across our three distinct brands. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations for several brands in your area.
  • Own P&L performance, labor management, and cost controls across all locations.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable General Managers and management teams at each brand/venue.
  • Drive guest experience, brand standards, and quality consistency across brands.
  • Manage vendor, entertainment, and programming relationships tied to live events and nightlife business.
  • Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives across both markets.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven multi-unit or multi-brand operations leadership experience, ideally across bar, restaurant, and live entertainment concepts.
  • Strong P&L management and financial acumen across a portfolio of venues.
  • Experience in live entertainment, nightlife, or sports-anchored hospitality environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop General Managers across multiple brands and locations.
  • Comfortable managing across two markets and traveling regularly between them.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, seasonally-driven environment.
