Position Overview

Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Bennington, VT as a Night Shift Unit Manager for a Subacute / High-Dependency Unit.

This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced RN Registered Nurse who enjoys working overnight while leading a clinical team and ensuring exceptional resident care. As the Night Shift Unit Manager, you will oversee unit operations during the overnight hours, support nursing staff, respond to clinical needs, and help maintain the highest standards of patient care.

RN Job Requirements
  • Active RN License (Reciprocity assistance available)

  • Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred

  • Experience managing resident care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
