  • Promote high standards of resident care, safety, dignity, and quality of life.

  • Monitor facility performance, quality outcomes, and operational goals.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that support quality care and operational excellence.

  • Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and employee engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare providers, and the local community.

  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to optimize resources.

  • Work collaboratively with clinical leadership to support strong patient care and regulatory outcomes.

  • Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Identify operational challenges and develop effective strategies and solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in nursing home administration, long-term care leadership, or a related healthcare management role.

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care operations.

  • Understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements for nursing homes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and effectively manage challenging situations.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary leadership team.

  • Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License or eligibility preferred/required as applicable.

What We Offer

  • Generous paid time off (PTO)

  • 401(k)

  • Leadership opportunity within a professional long-term care environment

Why Choose This Opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) who wants to take a leadership role in a growing long-term care environment.
