We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit Deli Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Deli departments across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will be overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, and developing a profitable prepared food and catering program. This role involves managing personnel, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and developing a successful prepared food and catering program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deli or food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Deli departments across multiple store locations.
  • Manage department team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost control.

Personnel Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop Deli department staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
