Take on a role where your financial acumen shapes the success of complex, multi-unit operations. Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize processes, maintain compliance, and provide strategic insights that accelerate growth and elevate operational performance across multiple service lines.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $86275 per year - $111650 per year

• Manage all accounting and financial activities for a multi-unit operation, including cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and ledger maintenance.




• Oversee financial reporting and analysis across diverse service areas.




• Work closely with leadership teams to support efficient, effective, and profitable business operations.




• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company standards for accuracy, quality, and financial performance.




• Implement and monitor financial systems and policies to enhance operational excellence and revenue growth.




• Provide financial insights, analysis, and training to support overall business goals and team development.

• Problem-solving skills focused on delivering actionable financial solutions.




• Effective communication and consulting skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.




• Experience in delegating, directing, and monitoring performance to drive accountability and results.




• Excellent planning and time management skills to balance priorities in a fast- paced environment.




• Skilled in navigating and resolving conflicts while maintaining professionalism and fostering teamwork.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience




• Related Experience: 3 years
