Reports To: Property Manager

RCMI Property: Timber Creek & Hidden Oaks

Full-Time Weekly Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you are the first impression of the community. Youโ€™ll drive leasing success, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily operations, all while helping us achieve occupancy and revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Sales
  • Conduct engaging property tours and showcase floor plans
  • Follow up with prospects and close leases
  • Process applications and complete verifications
  • Support lease renewals and maintain occupancy goals
  • Resident Experience
  • Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Assist residents and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support move-ins and communicate community policies
  • Build strong resident relationships
  • Resolve concerns professionally and promptly
  • Help plan resident events and build community engagement
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Assist with social media, flyers, and campaigns
  • Maintain curb appeal, show units, and tour paths
  • Conduct market surveys and track competition
  • Operations & Administration
  • Prepare and maintain accurate lease files
  • Manage work orders and follow-ups
  • Ensure data accuracy in systems (Yardi preferred)
  • Support reporting and office organization
