The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and excels in resident relations, team leadership, and property performance. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operational takeover and long-term success of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
  • Lead, train, and manage an on-site team
  • Maximize occupancy through strategic marketing and leasing efforts
  • Ensure timely rent collection and effective budget management
  • Maintain high standards for resident satisfaction and retention
