We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Department Manager to lead a multi-shift maintenance organization and deliver world-class asset performance across a highly automated manufacturing facility. What You'll Work On
    • Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and skilled trades personnel across multiple shifts. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and accountable team culture focused on safety, collaboration, continuous improvement and results.

    • Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

    • Oversee maintenance activities across production and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, equipment performance, and asset utilization.

    • Partner with engineering, operations and quality to drive long-term asset care and reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment and critical site systems.

    • Manage site calibration programs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

    • Lead maintenance planning and execution for site shutdowns and major projects.

    • Build strong partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and other site functions.

    • Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMP, and company standards while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

    • Manage departmental budgets, control spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another technical discipline.

    • 8+ years of manufacturing experience supporting production operations.

    • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

    • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability, asset management, and manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
