This is your opportunity to move beyond bedside care and drive clinical operations while continuing to make a difference with every patient interaction.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily clinical operations
  • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment progress
  • Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
  • Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out accurately
