In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top performers while helping shape the strategies that support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Partnership
    • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of MSP service offerings, technical career paths, and industry certifications to effectively assess candidates for technical and operational roles.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor regarding talent availability, compensation trends, recruiting best practices, and labor market conditions.
    • Forecast hiring needs and proactively develop pipelines to support future growth initiatives.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management
    • Lead recruitment activities from requisition intake through onboarding.
    • Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate hiring decisions.
    • Manage offer development, negotiation, and candidate closing activities.
  • Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Promote and strengthen employer branding through social media, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
    • Develop relationships with active and passive talent communities.
    • Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection practices, and recruitment best practices.
    • Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
    • Ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices across the organization.
  • Recruitment Analytics and Operations
    • Monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
    • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
    • Optimize ATS workflows and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Onboarding and Talent Integration
    • Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires.
    • Support retention by aligning candidate expectations with organizational realities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and service delivery positions.
  • Experience recruiting within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates for technical capabilities and key MSP success factors, including customer service, communication, documentation, adaptability, and SLA-driven work environments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, and other technologies commonly supported by MSPs strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, influencing, relationshipโ€‘building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, employment laws, and talent strategy.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with highโ€‘volume, dayโ€‘toโ€‘day recruiting activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics and reporting to drive decisionโ€‘making.
