RN Cath Lab - 8H Days

Location: Tupelo, MS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday call required.

Job Description: The RN Cath Lab position requires a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in a fast-paced catheterization laboratory setting. Nurses in this role will work alongside physicians to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Rotate scrubbing duties with the physician during procedures.
  • Assist in the care of adult and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment while performing interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding procedures and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in cath lab or cardiac settings.
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid MS RN license or a compact license at the time of submission.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
