Position Summary

Theย IT Project Manager IIย is responsible for leading cross-functional technology initiatives and ensuring IT practices remain aligned with evolving business needs. This role oversees the full project lifecycleโ€”from concept through implementationโ€”while driving collaboration across technical and product teams.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and experienced in Agile project delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives

Manage projects from initiation through implementation

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and project lifecycle activities

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Scope & Planning

Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements

Develop detailed project plans and task breakdowns

Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize workstreams

Break down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into structured execution plans

Risk & Dependency Management

Identify cross-team dependencies and project risks

Develop and execute mitigation plans

Escalate critical issues appropriately

Stakeholder Communication

Provide clear visibility into project status and progress

Maintain transparent reporting for leadership and stakeholders

Facilitate effective negotiation and alignment across teams


Required Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field

3โ€“5 years of IT project management experience

Experience leading Agile or hybrid technology projects

Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results

Experience facilitating sprint planning and stand-up meetings


Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification

Experience managing multi-disciplinary technology initiatives

Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
