The Project Scheduler builds and maintains Construction Project Schedules for multiple large aerospace/industrial projects by working with the onsite. This includes pulling plans, look-ahead, schedules, and daily huddles. The Scheduler reviews the plans, specifications and contract documents to become familiar with the scope of work. The Project Scheduler then determines the appropriate type of schedule required for the project based on the complexity of the work and the Client's scheduling requirements. The Project Scheduler periodically updates all schedules to determine that each department is achieving the necessary progress to maintain the overall project schedule. Also, the original schedule is occasionally revised to reflect additional scope of work or revisions due to changes as required to meet unexpected conditions due to delays in completion of specific activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with large Construction Project Scheduling
  • Experience MS Project (primary) and Primavera P6 is a plus.
  • Experience in Lean Construction Scheduling including Pull Plans.
  • Experience in Takt Plan Schedules is a plus.
