Job description

Job Title :: Dynamics 365 Developer

Duration:: 12 months contract

Location :: Charlotte, NC


pay Rate : $50 - 80/hr


Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and support MS Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, customizations, and application development.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.

  • Develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, Azure services, and integration platforms.

  • Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business processes.

  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and other extensions using C#/.NET.

  • Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.

  • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

  • Follow MS development standards and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.


Required Skill


  • Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or related modules.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Strong development experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript.

  • Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations.

  • Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, and third-party integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, entities/tables, relationships, forms, and business rules.

  • Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.

  • Experience with Azure services is preferred.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification.

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with CI/CD and source control using Azure DevOps or Git.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
