Job Description:

Primary Purpose of Role:

Provide hands-onclient platform servicesand day-to-day operation of enterprise client platform services in a Microsoft-based environment, includingendpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, device standards, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Performclient platformtroubleshooingandservices, including imaging, software deployment, patching, and configuration activities.

MaintainIntune, Group Policy, and Microsoft endpoint policies.

Perform Level 4 support tasks for assigned endpoint, deployment, and device management incidents.

Helpmaintainsoftware and hardware standards for laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals, and print services.

Support packaging, testing, and deployment of approved software updates and standard applications.

Assistwith deviceenrollmentand provisioning processes, including Autopilot and MDM-related tasks.

Participate in endpoint compliance monitoring, remediation activities, and documentation updates.

Contribute to operational process documentation, knowledge articles, and standard work instructions.

Key Performance Measures:

Timely completion of assigned endpoint engineering tasks and support tickets.

Success rate of software packages, deployments, and standard image activities.

Patch compliance for assigned device groups or support areas.

Accuracy and completeness of technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Adherence to change, security, and operational procedures.

Basic PowerShell knowledge preferred.

Experience:

1-3years of experience supporting enterprise endpoints or IT infrastructure.

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint imaging, software deployment, and patching.

Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, or MECM/SCCM preferred.

Familiarity with troubleshooting endpoint hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Basic understanding of security and compliance requirements for managed devices.

Experience documenting technical procedures or knowledge articles preferred.

Scope Factors:

Works under defined direction and supports established client platform services. No direct people leadership or budget accountability. Scope is primarily task-based and operational, with support across regional or global device populations as assigned. Limited matrix responsibility; contributes to team deliverables through execution of defined work.
