Weimer Bearing is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in LaPorte, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing a dynamic sales territory.

Weimer is a premier hybrid supplier & manufacturer of mechanical power transmission, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic products. With 40 locations across the U.S., we are growing and want you to grow with us.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory with daily travel
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Create lasting partnerships with local OEM and MRO customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective product and service solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
  • Learn Weimer Bearing's products, services, and sales process through a comprehensive training and mentorship program
  • Consistently pursue opportunities for territory growth and long-term customer success
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
