Key Responsibilities:

Supports maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for aircraft components and aviation products within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment. Assists with inspection, disassembly, cleaning, repair, assembly, testing, and documentation activities while following approved technical data, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Develops foundational knowledge of aircraft components, repair station procedures, and aviation compliance practices while working under direct supervision.

Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Accurate and timely completion of assigned repair and overhaul tasks

2) Compliance with FAA, quality, and repair station regulatory requirements

3) Proper documentation of maintenance, repair, and inspection activities

4) Reliable support of component turnaround time and production schedules

5) Safe handling and maintenance of aircraft components and tooling

6) Accurate use of technical manuals, work instructions, and approved data

7) Maintenance of clean, organized, and compliant work areas

Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; aviation technical school preferred

0-2 years of aviation, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience

Beginning knowledge of aircraft components, mechanical systems, and repair procedures preferred

Familiarity with FAA Part 145 environments preferred

Works under direct supervision
