Job description

Job Title: Aircraft Component Repair Technician

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild aircraft components to OEM and customer specifications
Accurately complete all required documentation, reports, and work orders
Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and procedures to ensure compliant repairs
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production and quality goals
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on technical experience (aviation, automotive, marine, electronics, or similar)
Proficiency with soldering (general electrical and/or circuit board level) and use of hand tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and written procedures
High school diploma or GED; strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic computer skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Associate"s degree or trade school training in a technical field; A&P license a plus
Experience with machining or advanced mechanical/electrical repair work
Compensation & Benefits
$24-$32/hour based on experience and skill level
