We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join a cohesive, patient-focused team in a supportive and friendly environment. A Day in the Life
  • Imaging Excellence: Perform high-quality MRI procedures following physician prescriptions and established protocols.
  • Patient Safety: Conduct thorough screenings for contraindications (pacemakers, implants) and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort.
  • Clinical Care: Position patients, administer contrast media (gadolinium), and monitor for any adverse reactions.
  • Collaboration: Maintain a clean, HIPAA-compliant work area and work closely with physicians to ensure accurate diagnostic reporting.
  • Technical Integrity: Manage digital exam data and report any equipment maintenance needs promptly.
What You Will Need
  • Certification: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Specialization: Must be registered in MR (or eligible to obtain within one year of hire).
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid state license for Virginia.
  • Life Safety: CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move patients as required.
