Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 

to provide weekend clinical coverageSaturday & Sunday, one or both days!!

 in our Fairfield, CT Territory!

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earning potential: Fee for Service (1099) Each patient encounter documented and billed according to service codes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff
  • Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
  • Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred
  • Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
