The Commercial Sales Representative will be dedicated to targeting commercial business with a need for relocation services by creating and managing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business relationships. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, target driven, with excellent communications skills and a strong sales track record.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new opportunities by developing sales strategies to attract potential clients or solicit new potential clients
  • Developing contacts and working with local real estate organizations
  • Creating new leads through research and networking
  • Fostering relationships with organizations to identify potential needs and qualifying interest
  • Producing National Account/Corporate opportunities
  • Networking in the Orlando, FL market
  • Generating virtual and on-site estimates for prospects
  • Communicating on a regular basis with branch operations

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior B2B sales experience; preferably within the moving and storage industry
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
