Call the Bee is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing sales team as a Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative. The Comfort Advisor is a dynamic sales position focused on in-home sales of heating and cooling equipment. Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician-generated leads. They are responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process.

What you will do:

  • Visiting customers’ homes and presenting them with their best options for HVAC replacement.
  • Build quotes and follow up with customers to assist in moving sales/project forward.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.
  • Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
  • Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
  • Call the Bee may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
