About the Role:
Pink Zebra Moving of Chagrin Falls is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! This is your chance to be a key player in a fun, customer-focused moving company that's redefining the relocation experience. If you love connecting with people and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads to drive new residential and commercial moving business
  • Conduct in-home or virtual estimates and consultations with prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
  • Manage and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
  • Represent the Pink Zebra brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all customer touchpoints
Requirements:
