About the Role:
Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our growth efforts nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our sales strategy and make a real impact in a fast-paced, service-driven industry. If you're a natural leader with a passion for building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for moving and cleaning services
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and forecasting
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales initiatives

Requirements:
