Individual Giving Manager
Phoenix, AZ
SARRC is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Individual Giving Manager to power our mission of advancing research and providing lifelong support for individuals with autism and their families.
In this role, you will lead high-impact strategy across two vital funding streams: mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving. You will be the architect of a sustainable individual donor pipeline while translating donor passion into meaningful support through authentic relationship building, data-informed outreach, and inspiring stewardship.

  • Pipeline Development: Identify rising donors from SARRC's grassroots, event, and annual giving bases, moving them seamlessly into higher-tier giving relationships.
  • Legacy Program Advancement: Build awareness of planned giving opportunities (bequests, beneficiary designations, trusts) and guide donors through meaningful legacy planning conversations.
  • Donor-Centric Communications: Draft compelling appeal letters, impact updates, proposals, and personalized stewardship messages that clearly articulate SARRC's vision and community impact.
  • Data & Workflow Management: Utilize CRM tools to track donor interactions, evaluate pipeline health, and optimize donor retention rates.

  • CFRE preferred, not required.

Hours

Ability to flex schedule for evening and weekend availability as needed
Salary
$67,000 - $75,000 DOE
Benefits include:
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • Up to 16 days per year Paid Time off

  • Professional development annual benefit of $1000
  • 401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%
