What You'll Do

As a Move Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives proactive communication and personalized support from start to finish.

Customer Experience & Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process.

  • Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional, and proactive communication.

  • Guide customers through each phase of their move and address questions or concerns.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Coordination & Logistics
  • Coordinate all aspects of client scheduling throughout the relocation process, providing exceptional customer service and keeping all parties informed of key dates and updates.

  • Schedule and oversee third-party services with approved vendors.

  • Enter and manage move orders accurately within company systems.

  • Communicate critical move details to all parties to ensure smooth execution.

Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate customer files and job documentation.

  • Ensure all required paperwork and customer authorizations are completed and submitted.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

  • Assist with issue resolution by collaborating with operations and management.
